Mindset: A Stress Management Tool
Mindset was created to help young adults manage stress and anxiety through mindfulness, meditation, and useful tools. Users create an account and fill out a quiz relating to their stress levels. Once signed up, they will receive a monthly toolkit catered to decreasing stress and anxiety.
